Storytelling is one of the most ancient of the arts. Through the centuries, it has provided not only entertainment, but has also been used to reinforce our paradigms concerning the workings of the cosmos. Stories support archetypes that keep us responsible; they provide a means by which we can laugh at and examine ourselves and our motives. Whether we tell and listen to stories for fun, or for spiritual or cultural reasons, stories keep us healthy and remind us of who we are and what we have the potential to become.

Truly, one of the most precious things about being human is our ability to tell and listen to stories!
